The baseline terms for using Daypasser as a traveler, gym owner, or marketplace operator.
These terms were last updated on June 4, 2026. Daypasser is operated by Radish Retail LLC.
Daypasser helps users discover gyms and, where available, buy short-term access. Some listings are bookable through Daypasser checkout, while other listings direct users to the gym website or on-site purchase.
For directory listings, final prices, availability, entry requirements, and policies are controlled by the gym.
Daypasser is a Radish Retail LLC company. References to Daypasser in these terms mean the Daypasser service operated by Radish Retail LLC, including its website, marketplace listings, checkout flows, and support channels.
A confirmed Daypasser booking grants the access described on the pass for the selected date, subject to gym policies, identification requirements, waivers, and safety rules.
A booking intent, checkout click, external gym-site click, or phone click does not guarantee access, price, or availability unless Daypasser or the gym confirms the booking under the applicable purchase flow.
Users are responsible for providing accurate contact information and following gym staff instructions during check-in and use.
By using Daypasser, you acknowledge that we may use cookies, IP address data, device information, page activity, clicks, search behavior, booking-funnel events, support interactions, and security logs as described in the Privacy Policy.
We use this information to operate the service, measure and improve search and booking flows, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, support gym partners, and maintain marketplace integrity.
Gym owners and managers must provide accurate listing information, honor active passes they sell through Daypasser, maintain lawful operations, and keep payout and business details current.
Users may not abuse sign-in flows, scrape the service, submit fraudulent claims, misuse check-in tokens, or interfere with gym operations.
Users may not bypass analytics, security, rate-limiting, or anti-abuse controls in a way that disrupts Daypasser, gym partners, or other users.
Daypasser may suspend access for suspected fraud, safety issues, chargeback abuse, or policy violations.
