Directory listings may still require users to confirm day-pass details directly with the gym before visiting.

Daypasser is a Radish Retail LLC company. Radish Retail LLC also builds consumer software products such as Lume; Daypasser support and marketplace decisions remain handled through Daypasser channels.

Users must follow each gym's rules, waiver requirements, staff instructions, and safety policies. Gyms may deny entry for safety, fraud, intoxication, harassment, or policy violations.

Report incorrect listing details, denied entry, suspicious claims, or payment problems through support. Daypasser may update listings, suspend gyms, or review bookings based on reports.
