How cancellations, refunds, and support review work for Daypasser checkout bookings.
Daypasser checkout bookings
Unless a pass states otherwise, users may request cancellation before the visit date. Refund approval depends on pass terms, gym policy, payment status, and whether the pass has been used.
Confirmed refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times may vary.
External or on-site purchases
When a gym handles purchase on its own website or at the front desk, Daypasser does not control refund approval or processing. Contact the gym directly for those transactions.
No-shows and denied entry
No-shows are generally not refundable. If entry is denied because listing information was materially inaccurate, contact support so Daypasser can review the booking.
