Privacy Policy

We collect account information, booking details, gym claim details, support requests, payment-session metadata, device information, approximate location signals, and optional browser location when you grant permission.

For SMS sign-in, we collect the phone number entered, the exact consent language shown, timestamp, IP address, and user agent so we can keep proof of opt-in.

We use information to create accounts, send email or SMS sign-in codes, process bookings, issue check-in tokens, support gym operators, prevent abuse, and improve marketplace quality.

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, SMS providers, hosting, analytics, and gym partners only as needed to operate Daypasser.

Approximate IP location may be used to show nearby city results. Precise browser location is requested only after you choose to share it, and it is used to sort or search nearby gyms.

You can decline browser location, use email sign-in instead of SMS, request deletion of account data, or contact support for booking and privacy questions.

SMS sign-in messages are transactional one-time passcodes. Message and data rates may apply.
